To secure your seat, we have implemented an advanced non-refundable deposit policy. Non-refundable deposits of $2000 are due upon registration. Once registered, you will receive your registration link to the ProTrainings online Bloodborne Pathogens course (to be completed prior to the in-person training) and your SMP Artist certificate will be ordered. Certificate will be given on the final day of training, upon successful completion of your course.

The course deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to an alternate course date if arranged in advance with trainer. A minimum of 15 days notice must be given prior to course start date to be considered. Date transfer must occur within a six month time frame of the original course registration date, and registration transfer may only take place one time. Deposit is forfeited after the 6 month period, if adequate notice is not given, or upon cancellation of attendance by student. Availability for our courses is very limited. Thank you in advance for respecting our time and allowing us to ensure the seats are filled.
