2.1. Victoria Scalp provides cosmetic tattooing services, including but not limited to scalp micropigmentation, machine nano stroke eyebrow, microbladed eyebrow and traditional tattoos.

2.2. All services are provided by trained and certified professionals.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Appointments and Consultations

3.1. To book an appointment or consultation, you must use the booking feature on our website or contact us directly.

3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling of consultations must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation/no-show charge of $100.Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be done at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do will result in a $250 rescheduling fee on the first instance; and client will be charged for their full session should it occur a second time. Clients with missed appointments will no longer be able to book online, and must pay their cancellation or rescheduling fees before further appointments can be booked.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment for services must be made at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

4.2. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and cash. Specific payment methods will be detailed at the time of booking.

5. Liability

5.1. Victoria Scalp is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from the services provided. All procedures carry inherent risks, and clients must sign a consent form acknowledging these risks.

5.2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
